About Me

Understand Yourself

Identify the beliefs, patterns and internal barriers that may be affecting your confidence, decisions and personal progress.

Being human means we all have traits that could potentially hold us back; a self-assessment will help you find out which ones have the greatest NEGATIVE effect on your confidence, performance, risk taking and decision making.

The more you know and understand about yourself, the better prepared you will be for the trials, tribulations, rewards and triumphs that are all part of self-reinvention and shaping the person you want to become.

A Note on These Assessments

The assessments on this site are designed to support insight, awareness, and meaningful self-reflection. They serve different but complementary purposes.

Some assessments, such as the Myers-Briggs framework and research into self-sabotage patterns, are based on established psychological models and decades of study into human behaviour and personality preferences.

Others, including the Limiting Beliefs and Success Blockers assessments, are intentionally self-evaluative. They are designed to capture how you currently see yourself — your assumptions, habits of thinking, and internal narratives.

This does not make them any less valuable. How you perceive yourself strongly influences how you behave, the choices you make, and the results you experience. People tend to act in alignment with their self-image, whether that image is accurate or outdated.

Used together, these tools provide insight into both who you are and what may be shaping your outcomes, helping you identify what needs to change if you want different results.

Disclaimer:

These assessments are for educational and self-reflection purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose or treat any psychological or medical condition. Results reflect self-reported responses and should be used as a guide for personal insight, not as definitive or professional advice.
